BF Senior Center meals
Monday, Feb. 12: Chipped beef, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, wheat dinner roll and apple crisp with cream.
Tuesday: Stuffed chicken breast with broccoli and cheese stuffing, mashed potatoes, baby whole beets, wheat dinner roll and peanut butter cookie.
Wednesday: Spinach and onion quiche, tossed green leaf salad with dressing, winter mixed vegetables, wheat dinner roll and strawberry yogurt cake with strawberry cream.
Thursday: Pork and vegetable stew, four bean salad with red onion, buttermilk biscuit and pineapple tidbits.
Friday: Cheese tortellini with red sauce and mozzarella cheese, spinach, baby carrots, Italian bread and mandarin oranges.
