The Brattleboro Emblem Club recently held its installation of officers.

President: Diana Page. Vice President: Karen Dunbar Jr. Past President: Diane Finnell. Financial Secretary: Marguerite Curtiss. Treasurer: Diane Finnell. Recording Secretary: Sandi Merz. Correspondent Secretary: Beverly Davidson. Chaplain: Dot Belair. Trustee: Florence Storey. Marshal: Connie Weldon. Guard: Gail Stankiewiez.

The Vermont State Convention was held in Bellows Falls.

The Emblem Club meets the third Monday of the month at the Elks Lodge at 6:30 p.m. New members welcome. For more information, call Diana Page at 802-257-5518.



BRATTLEBORO

Nile Court No. 94 of Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America held its annual open installation of officers on April 8 at the Shrine Hall on Green Street.

Lady Angela Rabideau was installed as High Priesetess, Lady Lisa Shippee as Princess, Lady Diana Page as PHP Tresurer, Lady Gloria Fisher as PHP Recorder and Lady Sandi Merz as PHP Marshall.

Appointed officers are Lady Peg Curtiss as Outer Gurad, Lady Cammy Allen as Inner Gurad, Lady Rhoda Stevens as Oriental Guide, Lady Dot Belair as Directress, Lady Ingrid Gordon as PHP President of the Clown Unit and Lady Gloria Fisher as PHP President. Lady Brenda Washburn is the PHP Aide to the Treasurer and Lady Florence Story is the Aide to the Recorder.

Lady Peg Curtiss was the installing officer and Lady Marilyn Kliener from Auiroc Court No. 42 in Rutland and Ladies Collette Parson and Ann Gelinas of Helma Court No. 64 in Springfield, Mass., assisted in the installation of officers.

Dignataries attending were Illustrious Sir Stephen Page, Past Potentiate of Cairo, and Noble Wayne Shepard, Chief of Rabban Cairo.

A reception followed with an Italian dinner prepared by head Page, assisted by Wayne Fisher and Dan Fisher.
