- The Windham County Sheriff's Office arrested Edward D. Conley Jr., 43, of Guilford, for driving with a criminally suspended license. Conley's vehicle was stopped on Route 5 in Guilford for a equipment violation. Subsequent investigation at the scene led to his arrest for DLS. Conley was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.

Sept. 2

- The Windham County Sheriff's Office arrested Carmen L. Martocci, 55, of Putney, for driving with a criminally suspended license. Carmen's vehicle was stopped on Main Street for an equipment violation. Subsequent investigation led to her arrest for DLS. Carmen was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.

- The New Hampshire State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Charlestown Road in Claremont, N.H. As a result, Alexis Harris, 21, of Bellows Falls, Vt., was cited with operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

Sept. 3

- Cheshire County New Hampshire dispatch informed Bellows Falls (Vt.) Police that they were looking for a vehicle being operated by Amber G. Monty, of Bellows Falls. At approximately 8:20 p.m., a vehicle matching the description was observed coming into Bellows Falls from New Hampshire on the New Arch Bridge. A traffic stop was made on Williams Street and through investigation Monty was taken into custody and processed for driving under the influence. Monty was released on a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court to answer to the charge.
